There are moments when growth feels quiet, almost unnoticeable—but when we look closer, we see something beautiful unfolding. These past few weeks have been one of those moments at the center. The young men have successfully built a baby cot, a project that went beyond nails and wood—it was a tangible representation of their newfound skills, patience, and teamwork. As each piece came together, so too did their understanding of the importance of craftsmanship and purpose.

After completing the cot, it was delivered to the owner for whom the project was contracted—another moment where skills meet real-world application.

Goats Section:

The center has also welcomed two new goats, which are now part of the growing livestock family. These animals represent more than just a source of milk or manure—they’re a practical lesson in responsibility, teaching the young men the value of stewardship, care, and commitment.

Meanwhile, the chicks, once small and fragile, are now nearly fully grown. The transformation has been remarkable, and the pride the young men take in their progress is evident. From feeding and tending to them to watching them grow, it’s a daily reminder of how far they’ve come.

As we reflect on these developments, we give God all the glory for His guidance and provision. These accomplishments are more than just tasks completed—they are evidence of His work in the lives of these young men.

“The Lord will guide you always; He will satisfy your needs in a sun-scorched land and will strengthen your frame. You will be like a well-watered garden, like a spring whose waters never fail.”

— Isaiah 58:11 (NIV)
